ABOUT:

Our 43rd monthly Cunard Tavern Beer Dinner (CTBD43) on Tuesday, March 21st will feature our friends from Belleflower Brewing Co. out of Portland, ME.

Chef Anthony Pino will prepare a 5-course specialty meal (menu coming soon) paired with 5 beers from Belleflower. Our friends from Belleflower will also be on hand to talk more in-depth about their beers and how they pair with each of our dishes. 

Dinner seating is Tuesday, March 21st at 7:00 pm. Join us for a night of delicious dinner and drinks!

Course #1

Blackened Shrimp, Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, DIPA vinaigrette

Paired with Belleflower Into the Kaleidescope DIPA

Course #2

Braised Short Rib Birria Style Tacos, Simmered Lager Beef Broth, Pickled Onions, Queso Fresco

Paired with Belleflower Weathered Rake Vienna Lager

Course #3

Buttermilk Drop Biscuits, Red Pepper and Chorizo Gravy

Paired with Belleflower Decadent Decopod Double Dry Hopped IPA

Course #4

Cracked Pepper Arctic Char, Lemon Buttered Crab Meat, Whipped Sweet Potato

Paired with Belleflower Devil’s Chair DIPA

Course #5

Maple Cream Blondie, Vanilla Whipped Cream, Chocolate Ganache

Paired with Belleflower Grab Good China Maple Syrup Imperial Stout

Tickets can be fully refunded through March 20th. (Chef requires the final guest count 24 hours in advance of the dinner.)
